Question Usb 3.0 showing as usb 2.0 in device manager

Hello

I have a desktop pc and on the front there is 1 usb 3.0 port, but when I look in device manager there is nothing there about usb 3.0 there all usb 2.0, I've tried installing and uninstalling drivers ect, looked in bios, but nothing, don't suppose anyone would know how I fix this

Maybe it's connected to a motherboard usb 2.0 header via adapter?
