Question USB Boot Drive not showing up in BIOS

Hello.
I built a PC, and is trying to install Windows on it, but the USB Boot Drive simply won't show up in the BIOS.
I've tried using both Windows Media tool and Rufus, but it doesn't work. I insert the USB into the new pc, boot it up and enter BIOS, but it doesn't show up as a bootable device. I've tried changing a ton of settings, followed hundreds of tutorials online, but nothing seems to work...
Any ideas on how I can debug this further, or how I can fix it?

I made the boot drive with Rufus, but have also tried the Windows Media tool.
I've tried both Windows 11 and Windows 10.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
RAM: 32GB
PSU: RMx Shift Series 750x
Motherboard: TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WiFi
GPU: Asus GeForce RTX 4070 Dual

I've tried them all. Normal USB ports, USB 3.0 ports. On the back there is a USB port outlined and is written BIOS over. I've tried that too, but still nothing.

what the about usb flash drive? what model?
try different one?

I'm using a PNY 32GB USB 3.1.
Heading out to buy another one and lets hope that fixes it... I'll keep this post updated

check if your bois is in csm or not toggle it and retry
