[SOLVED] USB C - ETHERNET on Mi A1 - ISSUE

Hey guys, i bought a usb c to ethernet adapter to try to connect my mi a1 using a cable since where i am at work, i dont have almost no cell signal or even wifi coverage... i found that this could be an option.. however from what i seen it would be almost plug and play but no... i plugged it to the cable and nothing happend... any help there? thank you 😀

Looks like it's going to depend on the specific adapter used:

I would like to confirm that I actually plug TP-Link USB to Ethernet UE200 to my Xiaomi Mi A1 and it work straight away, note that you need a good USB Type C to USB Type A OTG module to use it
