Actually the drivers are thru SP1,to enable the usb ports & the drivers,
open control-panel,system,properties,device mgr.,other devices list,usb
controller,
R.click on it,then select,update drivers.When its thru,close-out,restart
computer.

Actually, it is recommended to install the chipset drivers from the
manufacturer or the chipset maker's website. The drivers included with
Windows are generally older drivers and often Windows does not have the
drivers for the chipset.

GO to the motherboard maker's website and download the latest chipset
(motherboard) drivers. This will update your USB drivers ;)
