[SOLVED] usb ports stop working while downloading games

When I try to download games on any gaming platform: Steam, Uplay, Epic, etc my USBs stop working as in they don't recognize kb and mouse inputs and my wireless dongle also stops working so I have to reset my pc to keep downloading games, also it doesn't happen when downloading things from chrome or Utorrent, ill list my specs jic.

Look in Reliability History.

Any error codes or warnings that correspond to the USB device failures?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what your system is doing before trying to download games.

Just use one or the other - not both together.

Then leave the window open and start a download. Watch what happens.
