some time after switching to windows 11, usb sound and freezing started to appear. When surfing the Internet, it happens once every half an hour or so, and when playing games, it happens a little more often and freezes for a couple of seconds, and now sometimes the game just closes or a window pops up and disappears.
Here's what I did:

roll back to windows 10 and reinstall with/without saving files

I used a program that tracks who connects via USB and nothing was highlighted in the program.

turned off all usb ports one by one to see if it was glitching

updated the bios to the latest

went to the intel website and downloaded programs with drivers from there and installed them

updated the drivers for the video card and completely updated windows

checked if it was a problem with the video card, replaced it with a 1060

Here are my components:
I5 10400f
b560m mortar
rtx 3060
650w power supply from msi

and I don't know what to do, please help!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

updated the bios to the latest
What BIOS version are you on? Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BIOS was successfully updated to the latest version?

I take it that you upgraded to Windows 11 using the internal update path. If so, you're advised to reinstall Windows 11 after fabricating your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools. Install the OS in offline mode and then manually install all drivers relevant to your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Once you're done installing all drivers, you can connect to the internet and then run an update on your OS.

I cleaned the CMOS even before I reinstalled Windows. I have the latest bios that was there, it seems to be from 06.2023. I first tried to reinstall Windows 11 through settings with saving files, then I rolled it back to Windows 10, then I reinstalled Windows 10 from a flash drive and before installing Windows, I formatted the disk. It didn't help, so I switched to version 11 again through the settings

"reset the CMOS, nothing changed"
