[SOLVED] Used MSI 1070 8gb

I need your suggestion i am getting a used msi 1070 8gb card, its a two year old card, used for crypto mining, but i dont now how much it worth.
Currently i am having rx380 4gb, so i am thinking it could be a nice upgrade, if i can get this card in a decent price.
Please suggest how much i can pay.
(I live in India so price must be vary from country to country)

Yeah but only if the card is in good condition and within that price range. If you can find it or bargained for lower price then better.

That make sense, Now i have the idea how much it worth, it will help me in bargaining, Thank you.
I hope it will run Cyberpunk 2077 on 1080p.

Update : I had words regarding the card and he is giving me at 15,000/- INR, Which is almost 200$ , and a new RX 580 8gb around 180$, which deal would be better ?
I play games on 1080p at at least couple of years i will.

The rx580 is a bit better than gtx 1060 today but it's still weaker than the gtx 1070. I would go for the gtx 1070 if it is in good condition.

Ok thanks your opinion will help me taking my decision.
I will try to negotiate ones more, and if its work than fine, or if not so i will go for 1070 anyway.
