So I have 2 Samsung TU7000 70" UHD smart TVs see here: (https://www.samsung.com/us/televisi...7000-4k-uhd-hdr-smart-tv-2020-un70tu7000fxza/)

I have one connected to the computer with an HDMI cable; it works.

The other one has to be connected with an HDMI to Displayport cable because the PC only has one HDMI port and one Displayport as options for display output.

The TV connected with the HDMI to Displayport cable doesn't detect the TV.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to explain why. The manual offers no explanation/troubleshooting steps for this.

Have you tried swapping the cables between the TVs?

Yes, They both worked when plugged into the HDMI port with an HDMI cable; neither works with the HDMI to displayport cable. I was wondering if that's the way it is simply because they're TVs and not actual PC monitors.

I also tried updating all the drivers and firmware as well as the BIOS, but that still didn't work. I then did a factory reset on the TVs and ran their built in troubleshooters; no luck there either.
