Question Using iGPU and dGPU for multi-monitor, but iGPU monitor turns on only randomly and after a lot of messing around ?

Hey, i've been having an issue ever since i started using my monitors like this where if the computer restarts, the second monitor wont turn on. It's if like the igpu doesn't activate or give output until it just randomly works or i start a game and it sometimes goes into dual monitor. I have done all basic stuff, swapped cables, messed around in bios, changed performance modes for dual monitor etc, but its still completely random without any real clues about what is needed to be done so im at a loss. Has anyone had any similar problems? its an intel integrated gpu and an nvidia 750.

The GTX 750 supports up to three monitors so why are you even bothering with the iGPU ?

It only has a mini-hdmi port and atm i dont have a cable for it. Anyone know of an app i can run where i can choose which gpu to output image? Have tried a afew games i have but havent found the option. This will start the card up and it will work after that.

Right click on the desktop and access display settings.
There, you can designate which is the primary monitor.
Games will play on the primary monitor.

Easiest solution is to buy a mini-hdmi to hdmi cable.
