If you guys really want the game, I'm sure you can get it somewhere other than on Steam. It's Steam's decision to remove sexual content from their store - I think mostly because of the younger audience of gamers. I know they say the average age is 20 something, but there's still a crapload of young players. Steam has a good reputation, they don't want to damage that by offering sexual content in games. It's weird that violence is ok though, but sexual content is not. Which one is more natural??

Yep. Everyone knows it's much healthier for kids to be protected from sexual content and become anesthetized to murder, gore and violence by playing games . . . much better. /rolleyes

Teens having sex is far worse than them going to a mall with an AR-15 and cutting loose.

Teenagers have hormones going crazy at a time when they are programmed to shag live aminals with everyone which is fun. Stopping this happens creates unhealthy sexual attitudes that last a long time.
Sex and love ahve no real relation to one another. People thinking these should exclusively go together have no idea what being a person involves and is touched by conservative ideas no matter how free they think they are.
There are many people who have healthy relationships with other people and sexual relationships with different people or even emotional relationships with many people.
Everything is permited as long as everyone is consenting.
Some people here think sexual games are unnatural but if that were really true there would have been no vibrators created, no fleshlights, no sex robot development.

The problem isn't that the game gets an AO rating. The problem is that we even pay attention the ratings and allow this invasion of female fun suppression into our video games! Why do we let the media demonize video games, their content and the MEN who play them?

no they wouldn't, the ao market even if it were around, would make very little money, meaning low production values all around. and low production value games, i don't care if they are a genre you love, are usually passed over.

So... you figure the gaming industry is the only industry in which there's no money to be made from adult-oriented sexual themes?

How old did you say you are?

Q.E.D. and D.U.H.
Games are still at an astoundingly retarded level when it comes to adult content. Throw in a few porn stills and an excised insert from some porn flick and boom, it's at the same level as most "adult content" games. I have no idea if their game is any better than that, but there's plenty of room for actual sexual content to exist in gaming.

[citation][nom]jasonkaler[/nom]It's actually porn that leaves people dissatisfied, and over sexual teens that mess their own lives up over a quick fix.[/citation]

Yes, teens having sex hasn't been the norm for hundreds of thousands of years....

Dude, clue, get one. Teens NOT having sex is the new behavior, not the other way around. Most cultures, when you're old enough to bleed you're old enough to breed. Why do you think that male sexual impulses peak at 17 or 18? So they waste half their prime breeding time in the bathroom?

Not arguing for or against the current norm -- just Get A Clue -- it's not the historical norm and you're fighting against natural impulses. Trying to blame horny teenagers being horny on the culture around them is like trying to blame being fat on spoons or gangland murders on guns. It's confusing cause and effect.

Christianity is about the New Testament, so quotes from the Old Testament (Leviticus/Deut) are not that relevant tbh. Jesus stood in to defend a woman accused on a sex issue, along with saying that you should turn the other cheek so tbh Christian values (as laid down by the man himself) are more tolerant towards sex misdemeanors than they are towards violence. Unfortunately, as soon as Christianity became the main religion people started to misrepresent and misuse it as they do every religion or political or philosophical or even scientific dogma (Eugenics being a good example)

Historically even the Puritans were pro-sex but within marriage, which (prior to reliable contraceptives and employment rights) actually protects women.

Well, to be fair they have gotten a lot more lax on what is allowed in Mature games. I remember the days when the word "fuck" was never allowed in games. Games are allowed to show tits all they want, just no penetration, like a rated R movie. Rated R is allowed to show glimpses of full frontal nudity, which I've never seen in a game, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was allowed too. Just no penetration and you're good nowadays.

I feel like sex in games is bound to occur especially at a time where video games give u 500 ways to kill someone. But good that the developer was able to release it elsewhere.
