Hey. I've been using internet connection to my desktop pc from Huawei P20 with usb-tethering. Now for a week some strange network cuts have been happening. It tooks like half a second when my network shortcut goes from yellow triangle to normal.
I have trying to several fixes including phone network reset, SIM re apply, remote driver reinstall, ip reset and all sorts, checked all usb 2 and 3 ports and so on.

Now I took a look at Event viewer and my network profile site. It looks like i got my network cuts every hour at example 20:12, 21:11 22:12.

Event viewer:
Event ID 10001 22.12.02
Network Disconnected
Name: Network 5
Desc: Network
Type: Unmanaged
State: Disconnected
Category: Public

Event ID 4004 22.12.04
Network State Change Fired
New Internet Connection Profile: false
Connection Cost Changed: false
Domain Connectivity Level Changed: false
Network Connectivity Level Changed: true
Host Name Changed: true

Event ID 4002 22.12.08
Transitioning to State: Identified Network Interface Guid:

Event ID 10000 22.12.08
Network Connected
Name: Network 5
Desc: Network
Type: Unmanaged
State: Connected,IPV4 (Internet)
Category: Public

And this happens every hour if I'm correct
here is pic with few hours of information

Is this really something to be worry about or something very obvious that happens to everyone and problem is somewhere else :_D

Cheers.

Could be something new in how your service provider provides access. Have you asked them about this? Who is your cellular service provider?
No. My provider is Telia. Used in Finland and maybe other europe countries. I have their unlimited 4g data packet plan.
Idk is it on them or in my cell- or pc settings

Edit:
