Question VGA Light in MoBo..PC Freezes...

Hello All

I Have A System With Below Specs
Ryzen 1500x
GB AB350 Gaming Motherboard
16 GB Corsair RAM (8+8)
Nvidia 1050ti 4GB GPU
Stock Cooler
1 M.2 SSD
2 SSD
2 HDD
Cooler Master 450W PSU
Win 11

(Assembled in 2017 Feb )

Now From Many Days I am having an issue. Displays goes blank suddenly and then PC just freezes and fans run at max speed. At this point of time MB shows red light for CPU.

Then I restart it and display doesn't comes and it shows red light for VGA in MoBo...

If I shut down whole system for while...then again everything boots up fine. And after 20-30 mins ..same thing happens...display goes blank and hangs..and same...

I changed a new PSU to confirm whether its power problems or not but its still happening after changing new PSU.

Then I Changed GPU borrowed from my friend and then it all working fine ..I tested for whole day & pc does not freezes. ( borrowed GPU AMD Radeon rx 200 ) Pretty old...

Just want to know,
Whether is it a MoBo issue or GPU or CPU ?

Notes:
I have done all re assembling many times.
I majorly do video and photo editing.
No overclocking of anything
