The problem that I'm having is that all of the sudden, I
can't get thumbnails for mpg files. Wmv files are fine.
It was working great until about 2 weeks ago. Is there
some index file that I can delete so that it will rebuild
and I can get my mpg thumbs back??

My problem is similar. Suddenly, any NEW video or photo file will not show a
thumbnail but the "old" ones still show their thumbnails. Different file
extentions make no difference whatsoever.
