hey

i have norton, and it says it found a virus and i tried cleaning and
deleting it and permanentately erasing the file and it said failure due 2, 3
could be reasons, it can be in email, my computer is turned off, or its been
moved or deleted, but theres a pop up from norton that will not go away
notifying me of this virus and i have no idea what to do.

And when you went to the Symantec support website and typed in the name of
the virus, did you
follow the instructions there?

Follow the instructions on Symantec's support site.
Post the URL of the Symantec page that deals with the virus if there
is anything you don't understand there.
