Vista is not recognizing my external USB Mouse

Yesterday everything was fine, today neither of my external USB mouses are working. Any suggestions?

Try disabling the UAC and connect the mouse.

Borrow a ps2 mouse, or use your keyboard. Go into the device manager and uninstall the usb root hubs, then restart. They will reinstall on restart, and look for new hardware.
