I DO HAVE VISTA AND IT NON CO PATIBLE TO MOST OF HARDWARE KINDLY HELP

First turn your caps lock off, it's rude to shout.
Next it's not Vista's fault if your hardware is old and not compatible, it's up to the makers of the harware to supply or not the required drivers.
Did you check for Vista compatability with your hardware before installing it?
Have you tried the makers website for the drivers?
You have not specified what hardware, make or model numbers, we don't have a crystal ball to see what you have.
