Hello Forum!
Recently I've noticed that my computer is being hogged down by something and when I checked the task manager the Search process is always using around 30% of my CPU. Up until now I didn't had any problems since I've disabled windows search and indexing as I have no use for it...
My system: WINDOWS 10 v1903 latest cumulative patch KB4512941

Furthermore at each startup the network is... blocked? I think... there is another process LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall that also is using some CPU power and I think it prevents me from accessing anything over the internet until it goes back in idle state (it stops hogging my CPU) which is about 2-3 minutes.
I am using https://github.com/crazy-max/WindowsSpyBlocker but it shouldn't be a problem, I think...

At my office computer where I have the exact same windows with updates and anti spyware etc. but no issues with CPU usage... the Search process is always in a suspended state.
