Hey, I just recently overclocked my i7 920 to 4.0GHz @ 1.325v, since this is my first time attempt to overclock an i7 processor I wanted to make sure my settings are correct. Also want to make sure so that I don't damage my processor.

Specs:

Asus Rampage II Extreme
Intel Core i7 920
G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

Settings:

CPU Ratio: 20
BCLK Frequency: 200
PCIE Frequency: 100
DRAM Frequency: DDR3-1603MHz
UCLK Frequency: 3208MHz
QPI Link Data Rate: 7218MT/s
CPU Voltage: 1.325v
RAM Voltage: 1.600v

Ye, actually I had to raise the voltage to 1.350 to get it to stable for 4+ hours on prime so far I didn't do 12hours yet, I will do that when i am going to sleep and leave it over night. The temps with 100 load goes up to 75 degrees on 3 cores and last core is around 72.

Yeah, and I did this test while my room was really hot and usually my room is cold. So probably I bet if I try running the prime with my normal room temperature it would be around 68-70 on full loads. Thanks for the help.
