Okay so components below are all 4+ years old, other than the graphics card:

CPU : i5 4690k

Motherboard : MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150

CPU Cooler : Corsair H100i

RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws X Series (2x4GB) DDR3-1866MHz

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series (2x4GB) DDR3 2133MHz

Video Card : Asus RX 580 8GB Dual-fan OC Edition

Power Supply : Corsair RM 850W

Case : Corsair 275R

Storage : Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

I want to upgrade because my CPU has started bottle necking. I discussed with my friends on what to upgrade and have compiled a part list on what to upgrade; https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x3Cyvn

Share your thoughts of the parts I picked or if you think I should choose another set up. Thank you for your help!

There's no need for 32 GB of RAM for a gaming build. The MB is beefy for a future upgrade. I would do this:

I think the MB has the BIOS update feature for Ryzen 3000 not requiring a 2000 series CPU.
I think you need a 2000 series (maybe 1000) in the socket to update the BIOS, but a new stock MB may already be updated.
