Can Palit 1050ti 4GB let me watch 3D, 4K, and Blu-ray Movies on my i7-8700 16GB RAM PC?

4K and Blu-ray is not a problem.
For 3D content you also need 3D capable monitor/TV and 3D glasses.

I already have the Monitor and Glasses and HDMI 2.0 cable
