[SOLVED] Weird gpu

So I have a lenovo legion 5 with rtx 3060 mobile and its not performing very well. When I play roblox max gaph I get under 60 fps. When I play minecraft I get stutters. When I play fifa the temp is 84 degree. Does anyone know how to fix this. I am very tired of this, I keep getting low performance and stutter in some games ( Minecraft, fortnite, ..). even in some games in roblox I get under 60 fps with a rtx 3060.

I have 16 gb of ram ( DDR4-3200mhz), and my ssd is 304 / 512

playing plugin or battery? running on performance mode? disabled all the 3rd party background app?

I did a full scan I have no malware.
cpu tem is 80 degree
and gpu temp is 75-80
Ram usage : 50% - 70%
SSD usage is very low.

I play on plugin, disabled all 3rd party and still having the issue

Are there any obstacles that inhibit airflow ?
Your whole laptop seems very hot. Those are the maximum temperatures ?
For how long did you test it ?

Your whole laptop seems very hot. Those are the maximum temperatures ? : The maximum that I got is 85 degrees, I just get it when I play warzone.
For how long did you test it ? : I have been getting these issues for a year
Did you use a benchmark tool? : Yes 3D mark

I did a stress test and I got this

Try to clean it using a blower, I faced the same thing a year back and then I cleaned it and then everything works fine.
