What kind of fans/strips can i use with this MB's rgb header?

According to your motherboard manual, here page - 1-2, you can only work with RGB devices, not ARGB devices.

Apologies if this is trivial as this is my first time, So i will have to use a fan system connected to an outside controller rather than the mobo?
