Hi, I have a question. I am a gamer and want to know what you guys think of my build...
To play Crysis (which is mainly why I got this computer),
I picked up a Dell XPS 435MT (i7 920, 6GB DDR3 at 1066MHZ, 750GB HDD, ATI 4850)...
Not satisified with the results I upgraded to a GTX 295 which also meant upgrading the PSU to a Corsair 750 watt...
Also for more snappier performance, I put in two 30GB OCZ Vertex in RAID 0 so i'm getting ridiculous speeds and put the OS(Windows 7 ultimate), all my apps and just Crysis/Modern Warfare 2 for fast loads just on those two games while everything else is on the 750GB. Note I still have significant space left (16.2 GB free of 60GB)
The computer is currently connected to a 42in 1080p LCD screen so my resolution for games is always 1920x1080.

Happy with the results, my main question is what should I do next?
Lots of you probably are thinking why the Dell? mainly because at the time (1 year+ ago), building this system would be more than $1000 (which is what I paid for it)...
At the time I was not considering overclocking(due to it being out of warranty if something happened) but now I am moving along and looking into differences between a stock and overclocked machine. I see for example on Crysis Warhead, FPS go from 48FPS to 58FPS overclocked at 3.6GHZ...
Do you all think I should get rid of the case and transfer all components to an upgraded motherboard?
Is it worth it and that much of a difference for an overclocked machine?

And other little things such as a VGA Cooler since this card runs pretty hot under load...
Not only will I be able to overclock, but will have USB 3.0, and SATA III (6 Gb/s)... which is good for future stuff but not relevent now...
The only downfall I see with this setup is the fact that the memory will only be 1066MHZ... Thanks Dell...
Right now the memory seems fine and fast enough so I didn't consider faster RAM or overclocking it. Just looking into more RAW FPS mainly in Crysis and 6GB is sufficient...
So as of now, this Dell case/machine looks like it is pushed to its limit and all is at stock speeds...
Being a Dell, of course you can't overclock in the BIOS... and With the bigger case, it's better for cooling and better management of components...
I even considered selling this EVGA GTX 295 and upgrading to a ATI 5970 (also since the dell mobo only has one PCI-X slot and is a mini case)
That also will give me around a 48FPS to 58FPS increase...
Is it worth the trouble for all of this? Anyone else transfer components from a retailed computer to a complete rebuild?
Should I just shut up and keep my system the way it is?
