So in the end after all the combos and deals and mail in rebates this would be about $1050. What do you guys think?

A pretty good rig.

Change the power supply, 500w for singel gpu is enough, look for good deals.
650w for sli.
Good ones are from for example Seasonic,corsair,xfx.
