Question What GPU Should I Buy?

Hello Guys, I've been wondering what GPU should i buy and i have a list of GPU-s. can you tell me which one is the best for my system ( please do not tell me to save this is my last chance)

i3-8100 CPU 3.60 GHZ
4GB RAM ( i will upgrade it to 8 in the future )
KMEX 450W PSU
MOBO: ASROCK somethin.

i know the power supply watts are not enough for most of these video cards but i cant afford a new one ://.

The fastest in that list will be the R9 290, but that will suck a lot of power. The next best is the 280X and will have about a 50W lower power consumption.

The 280X is the fastest you can go with a low end PSU.

bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh my psu doesent have any heckin 6 pin or 8 pin connectors.

Have to go with the GTX 750 then. That doesn't require any external adapters.

I wouldn't use any of them, with that PSU. No name unit, that is probably junk quality.
