My computer is starting to lack a bit on videogame performace and fps, with that said, would buying a new graphics card help resolving the issue? my computer is a desktop, i have a geforce GTX 750 graphics card! Now another question that i have is, because i already have the GTX 750 , could i buy a cheaper graphics card and then together with the one i have would it have the same power has just having one 1080 for example, cuz i wanna spend the least money i can xp! Thx

Solution
Yes, there's no way you're getting that high a frame rate with those specs. :(
You need to either adjust your expectations or get a new PC.

The specs: GeForce GTX 750 , AMD Athlon(tm) X4 760K Quad Processor , 7.95 GB RAM , 1920x1080 (resolution I'm normally in). Also, i should mention that I don't need a vr ready pc! I just want overwatch to run between 130 and 250 fps smodly in lets say medium settings, my usual framerate is between 50/60 fps (i also record my gameplays so when I do it my framerate drops a bit) Thx!

Reputable
probably that is not possible to make it have same power as a gtx 1080, i can recommend you probably a gtx 1050 ti/rx 460/rx 470, it should run overwatch at constant high fps i guess, cant really recommend higher spec graphic cards, it can cause bottleneck probably

You're looking at a fresh rig.
130-250fps is silly, you'd need a 1080 for that and at least an i5.
Your specs are very outdated, that's really unrealistic.

So, what you recommend is that I buy a complete new pc?
