if use the video converter long time the temp up to 67 c
because the weather hot
what i do?
Is this normal?
Is there a risk?

i don't know about the rated temp of the phenom II, but what room temp are you at?.. if it's at 20C something, it's rather hot, but if it's around 30C it's fine.. it's hot, but fine..

Yeah, that's kinda high. I'm pretty sure that going over 65C can damage a phenom, or at least shorten it's life span. Just google it and you can find AMDs recommended tolerances. Really though it's best to try and keep a phenom under 60C.
