Question What is the cause of this?

Hello, I am just wondering if anyone has any idea why/what this is? Its just started recently upon booting up the PC. Once I've logged in it goes away or even if I just leave it for a minute or two. I have re-jigged the HDMI cables and they are fully inserted. Ideas?

Its a 27" CHG70 Samsung

It looks to me the image is too large for the screen(wrong resolution) and then sorta wraps into /around to the other side. After a few seconds your driver and resolution is loaded. IMO Microsoft should fix this.

It’s chronic problem on Samsungs I have Samsung 27” LC27FG73FQMXUF It does same exact screen. You should send it to service.

a shorter HDMI might help if thats the case, could be losing power in the line that would cause it to disconnect briefly and reload.
