Question What is the problem of my system?

Hi,
My problem is, that when I start my computer at first everything seems right the Mainboard screen pops up and when an screen pops up, where the DMI pool data is verified it suddenly restarts it self.
My System:
-2 G.Skill Ripjaws 2 GB DDR 3 RAM
-1 Kingston Hyper X DDR 3 2 GB RAM
-An GeForce GTX 1050 TI
-An GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P Mainboard
-An Samsung 400 GB HDD
-An floppy disk drive
-An cd player
-An AMD AM 3 pheanom (more about the CPU can't I see)
-An air-cooler ( I don't know the exact model)
-And an Thermaltake Hamburg 530 W Power supply

Every fan is spinning and everything is plugged in correctly

Remove/unplug everything 1 at a time and reboot (always leave 1 stick of ram in)
Or you remove everything apart from CPU and 1 Stick of RAM and add slowly.
Also of keep the GPU in, as the Phenom doesn't have an igpu.
I'd remove in this order
1 stick of ram (kingston)
Floppy drive
CD rom
remove 1 g skill
swap around ram each slot, 1 stick only
