Hello, i'm looking for a PC with parts that can handle 1080p streaming w/60FPS while running games like Minecraft, Raft, and other similar games like those.
More of a casual gamer, not really a fan of the AAA titles, so I just need something that can handle games like Minecraft and Raft while streaming them at a good quality.

Solution
You couldn't have chosen a worse time for a build at your budget due to the lack of video cards available atm. This cpu down below has integrated graphics that you can use until affordable video cards become available and even then you're probably going to have to bump up your budget by $100 - $200 dollars.

ASRock H410M-HDV/M.2 LGA 1200...
With the GPU prices right now, buillding a budget build with a gpu, especially at 550$ is imposible but here is something i put together.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xdm3j2
3200g should be able to stream and play both minecraft and raft, paired that with a solid b450 board for future upgradability.
Added 2x8gb 3200mhz ram which is kind of a sweet spot for 3200g.
500gb ssd should be good for now,but you can buy a 1tb hdd later on if u want.
P300a mesh is a pretty good for 50$,tons of airflow and cooling support.
A good 550W psu is all you need pretty much.
The prices of GPUs arent going to go down much until april,so ur gonna have to be patient, and if you save 200-250$,you should be able to get urself a 1660 super on the used market which would definitely improve your overall gaming and streaming experience

Shame intel doesnt have cpu's with good igpu as ryzen has.I wonder if they are ever gonna make a good cpu with good igpu in it,would be a really good budget option, and a potential competitor to the 3200g.
But for me the best apu is definitely 3200g,especially after i saw what it can do on my friends pc.
10400f doesnt have a igpu tho so he is going to have to buy a gpu if he wants any output.
A solid gpu for i3 10100 would probably be gtx 16 series, but even now,geez,300$ for a small form factor 1650,crazy

I don't know if Rocket Lake will have the same igpu or a better one. Either way Rocket Lake is going to be a dud imo. Alder Lake on the other hand should be a big step up from where Intel is today .. I hope.
