What should be temperature of the core 2 dual cpu

Hello, what should be the temprature of core 2 dule process

I have a xigmatek Achillies on mine, runs around 30/40. 45 after a hard days gaming.

mine runs 28c idle and no higher than 45c during usage
and no higher than 55c with prime95 running for half hour
that is in 20c (68f) room
pverclocked from 1.8ghz 800 fsb to 2.4 1066 fsb

Keep the load temps under 70 C.
