[SOLVED] What should I upgrade my Cpu to?

Current Specs :

GPU-6600XT
CPU- R5 1600
2x8 Gb Ram 2600mhz
500w psu corsair
Motherboard - MSI B350M Gaming Pro Micro Atx

So i just got my 6600xt and used to have a 1060 3gb card and in games I'm getting almost worst fps and most of the time stuttering while playing. Seeing what CPU i should get that's compatible with my motherboard that could help the bottleneck. Ill upgrade my motherboard if I have to but id rather just get a new CPU, RAM , and 600w PSU maybe. Anyone could help?

A B350 motherboard will limit you to a 3000 series CPU. So a 3600X would be the first choice for most people.

Would that fix the bottleneck issues the main problem is stuttering at 60fps.

So in the one pic its saying 1st or 2nd gen and the other its saying 7th . My bios is all up to date.

It says the 3600X is supported with the 2N BIOS. That is the latest (although it is marked as a BETA BIOS).

So ud think id be safe to go with the 3600x? just seeing if this would help out performance. Also would that need more power to where i need new PSU.

I don't game, so I can't comment on any FPS related questions.

And Ryzen 7 does not mean 7th generation.

Ryzen CPUs, no matter the generation, are called Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 depending on what segment they're in.
