Ok i'm buying this hp and i want to upgrade the graphics from anywhere to 5750 to 5770. Was wondering if the II x2 250 processor could run the video card. Now I really am not familiar with computer components yet so go easy on the replies please. I will upgrade the PSU no matter to 400-450w hopefully. Now if the processor couldn't run it, (not familiar with the MoBo) could I replace with a new processor along with the new psu and run the video card without a problem? Was also wondering if the MoBo could support ddr3? if not that's not a problem.

also there is a computer for a better price with nearly same specs which is the iBUYPOWER Gamer Power WA500D3. it has a 480W psu in it already but someone said the psu iBuypower gives isn't excellent grade. same questions apply to this computer, could i slam the same graphics card onto this computer and if needed a cpu? also i see that it has 1 pci-e x16 and only 1 pci-e slot does this leave enough space for the video card itself plus a pci sound card?

Get the iBuypower. If they put a 5770 in there the PSU should be fine with it, but of course you would have to upgrade that PSU latter if you wanted to drop in a better card. Also, with the iBuyPower you should be able to overclock the CPU yourself to get more out of it while you will have no such option with the HP.

ok I will get th ibuypower but from a recent question on another site someone told me this. However, iBuypower isn't known for excellent grade power supplies, so that 480W might not have the needed 6-pin PCIe power connector. now i see some of include a connector with the video card on newegg.com would it be possible to find the connector included with a video card in store? or only online?

It's best to build it yourself, it's very easy:
