Question What would cause new PSU to shut off randomly?

Last year, my pc started to randomly shut off and restart while gaming. I replaced the PSU, motherboard and cpu and all was good. Now recently, it's been doing it again. Same scenario, started slow, and now does it minutes after turning on. Before getting a new one, I'd like to know why this one is doing it again. It's a 750w bronze EVGA. I have a 1080ti i5 9600k 16 GB ram 2 SSD, 1 hard drive. I thought maybe it's underpowered and it getting loaded is starting to wear it quickly? Is that what an under powered PSU would do? Could it just be faulty? A few months ago, the fan started to get REALLY loud on it, but still worked. Is it just a bad box? But to have the exact same issue ast he first one makes me skeptical. Any answeres help, I just need more info before I buy ANOTHER one.
