Question What would you change on this build, keeping the same sort of budget?

Did you see the warning on PC Partpicker:

"Some physical dimension constraints are currently not checked, such as CPU coolers and RAM clearance."

That's apparently a full ATX motherboard and a "mini" ATX case. I'd go to some lengths to confirm that your motherboard and liquid cooler will all fit in that specific case.

I would NOT assume PCPartpicker is highly reliable about incompatibilities.

You are paying 155 pounds for 6 case fans....I hope that is with good reason.

i did see that, as far as im aware atx motherboards fit into the o11 mini, and not sure what about the liquid cooler wouldnt fit.
The fans to be honest, are all for the aesthetics and the ease of setting up the wiring as the uni fans cut out a lot of wires.
Other option is 4000D with a noctua cooler, but then the 4000d doesnt come with case fans

Geezus, that's a huge cash sink on those fans...
O11 Dynamic - out the window, and I suggest the Lancool II Mesh RGB, which comes with 3 RGB fans.
Those fans can be installed at the front, the AIO set at the top to get air from the front and rear - just put an aftermarket dust filter over the rear grille or DIY one...
OR, install the AIO at the front, and the 3 preinstalled fans to the rear and top.

like the all black look with subtle rgb which will be changed to white after.
As @Phaaze88 pointed out, you have a load of money sunk into the fans.

i know its not exactly what you suggested but you reckon something like this would be a better build?
