Question Whats the best choice: RTX 2080 for € 689,- or RTX 2070 Super for € 649,- ?

is it worth around € 50,- more to buy the ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 DUAL OC EVO when it comes to performance ? its for gaming!
when choosing between these 2 GPU's :

MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO € 649,-

ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 DUAL OC EVO € 689,-

the rest of my pc build is pretty up to date: ryzen 7, 32gb ddr4, hx850 psu, corsair platinum h115i AIO cooler etc.

ps: with all due respect, i'm not asking about an AMD 5700 xt or any other card for that matter, since to many people love to deviate from the simple question about comparing 2 cards.
so no, i don't want to pay 100/200 euros more & go for a 2080ti, or wait for an third party 5700 xt, or just because my budget is € 689,- should go for a € 800,- this or that.

i am ☝However, looking for the most silent gpu since my Build has an open case!

But at the price range i just described.. 600,- / 700,- would you go for the 2070 Super or the 2080 ?

Does 5% justify 50 bucks??? Thats for you to decide as per your budget.

Neither. I'd go for RTX 2070 super for €550.
RTX 2080 currently is pointless product, because performance is similar to 2070 super (which costs less).

Basically they have rebranded the 2xxx series cards due to the AMD Navi release bringing more competition in this segment.

If the Trio-cooler is significantly more quiet I would take that one.
PS: In the real world I would most def get a 5700 xt aib card
