Millions of people buy Call of Duty each year. There's your answer.

There you go, I just saved you at least £70. Eye strain just isn't the problem it was back when we were all using CRT monitors (which pulsed on and off constantly, which caused headaches). Also make sure your room gets enough natural light in general, sit upright, get a cuppa tea or a glass of water every hour or so.

There is literally no point giving your money away instead of doing stuff humans should be doing anyway.
Please don't buy either of these. You'll a) look like a bit of an idiot and b) they do nothing. If you're worried about your eyes getting strained, take a break from your computer every so often.

this one seems old 😵 but i will check it out

Gunnars are very good gaming glasses I know from experience. The amber tint helps add contrast and the classes makes your eyes have little eye strain. Before I had to squint to concentrate now with the glasses the removed glare and special 0.25 lens makes not only the image clearer but safer. There are better alternatives however they don't match up. I know this cuz I have bought many others. It is true that the computer's refresh rate can cause i strain but gunnars make it not happen. Also cod players are not idiots 😛
