honestly.. do most of you overclock? Anyone know what Tom's official stance is to overclocking? just curious.

(I'd post in the overclocking forum but heck.. I'd get my answer already)

Intel Components, AMD Components... all made in Taiwan!

Every computer I’ve ever owned I overclocked. I mean it’s like only pushing down the gas pedal ½ way if you don’t.

just about everyone here probably oc's there machines. as far as Dr. tom, not sure, my guess that he would say that he can't say that he does or doesn't just that it can be done. but there has been oc'ing in some of his reviews, and there is almost always an overclockability guide to all the CPU reviews. so i guess you have to judge for yourself.

Asus A7V133
Duron 850 @ 1007(133*7.5)
1.6vcore
cooler master 6H111 cooling
45C under load

is this reality... i thought it would more realistic.

I think it is fair to say that Tom's position is favourable to overclocking since his 'power box' is an Athlon running at 1.6G with a vapochill...?
