Question When i unplug montitor to move or something it wont turn back on for a few days

I had to move my room around a few weeks ago so I had to unplug the monitor. I then plug the monitor back in and it wouldn't turn on... I was using my second monitor as backup. It turned on when trying a few days later.

Today I have moved my PC again and it is doing the same thing, hopefully it turns back on. would this just be a PSU fault?
