Question WHERE to put SSD disk 1 TB SAMSUNG 990 EVO 5.0 to have full speed on STRIX B650 E E motherboard and not to share bandwith or slow down graphic card?

So the question is Iam building pc with 2 ssd ,one is

Samsung 990 EVO 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X2 NVME SSD
other is​

Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
ON ASUS STRIX B 650 E E GAMING WIFI MOTHERBOARD

and not slowing down graphic performance on MY RTX STRIX 4070TI SUPER OC

M.2_1 slot will operate at PCIe 5.0 x4 while M.2_2 slot will operate at PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds, respectively. Samsung's 990 Evo can go into M.2_1 and the Kingston NV2 can go into M.2_2.
