Which 7970 model should I get?

Christmas is coming up and I'm planning to get a 7970. Which model should I get? I'm currently looking at MSI R7970 Lightning and GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD. In my country both cards are priced pretty much the same. So which one should I get? I do plan on overclocking so the card that overclocks better would be nice. My case is pretty big so card size shouldn't be an issue. Not sure if this helps but I use a 1080p monitor.
My current computer specs if they help.
Phenom II x4 970
N560GTX Twin Frozr ii
Advanced 912 HAF
970A-UD3 Motherboard
8GB DDR3 1333 RAM
650W PSU
