Which cooler is best for Gigabyte MA790X-UD4P?

I am trying to decide between something like a XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V or a Sunbeam CR-CCTF...anything that's better? I have Phenom II 720 running, with 4GB ram (so hopefully it doesn't cover RAM slots). My budget is around $40...

IIRC, the sunbeam cools a little better. However IMO I'd take the Xig, but thats just me, lol.
