Which GPU is best for this build?

I need help deciding on which GPU to get for my build. I am either going to pick ASUS GTX 970, MSI GTX 970, or the MSI r9 390. If you can help me that would be great. I have two builds put together.

If it were me Id go with the 970

The difference between R9 390/GTX 970 is very small, they perform about the same. If you are gaming at 1080p usually the GTX 970 performs better, but on higher resolutions the R9 390 usually performs better.

the r9 390s will not be benefiting by the 8gb of memory it has before u go up and play 1440p and 4k gaming, so for 1080p il also say get an 970, the MSI is an all around good 1, but the gigabyte is a bit better at overclocking.
