The first and last ones are factory over--clocked, other than that they are about the same. I would pick one of those..whichever has the best warranty. If its the same, the first one (Sapphire) has the faster overclock of the 2.

i have read a lot of people rave about the Direct CU IIs being able to stay quiet and cooler than other cards to get a higher overclock.

though as GI suggested, a good warranty is a priority.

cheers guys is this a good card tho am going to upgrade and dont really want another ok card i want a great card thats going to wow me and for around the same price as them.. any ideas or is this card GREAT? LOL
