Hello,
I am planing to build a pc and as I have never done this before I have some questions. I have read that you can't just randomly chose any pc case but I don't know which one is good for me. Also if this information is necessary, power suply i plan to buy is EVGA 650BQ. Of course I prefer cheap cases, that are not extremely expensive.

And about cpu cooler. I want to buy intel I5 8600k and I know that I can Use be quiet pure rock but the one what's avalivable in my country is be quiet pure rock slim and i don't know if it's ok for that cpu.

Thanks!

Solution
The 8600k will not work with the b250 board you have mentioned in the subject line. You need to get a z370 board for now, or wait for the b360 boards to launch.
The Pure Rock Slim should do fine if you are not overclocking.
Ditch that EVGA PSU, as it is a mediocre unit. Choose a good one among from this list as per availability at your location... https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
The pc case depends ultimately on the motherboard form factor you will get.

It is a Micro ATX Form Factor board, so you can take any mATX or ATX case. What are your preferences? Do you want glass side panels? Dust filters? Or simply good air flow and low price?
Is the Cooler Master Silencio 352M or the Thermaltake Core V21 for your liking?
The Zalman T5 is a real budget case.

I would like simple good air flow with low price, if possible quiet. But the user Hellfire13 mentioned that i cannot use b250. If I use z370 I still can buy The Zalman T5 case?

So SILVERSTONE ATX 2.3 NIGHTJAR 520W SST-NJ520 power supply is good?

I know that but i don't know which one exactly to take. There are two types of i5-8600k: unlocked and x-series and i don't know which one of them to buy. They cost almost the same.

yes, you're right.
about memory. Is it better to buy two 8gb or one 16gb? And maybe you have good recommendations?
And last two questions, what's the best hard drive in your opinion that's not expensive. (1TB)

Can buy almost any video card?

There is no i5 x series. Donno where you guys are getting that from. There is the 8400 and the 8600k for now. 8500 is on the way probably.
And people are pushing the 8600k to above 4.5 clcoks even without a delidd. You just need a robust cooler... http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/intel-coffee-lake-core-i5-8600k-cpu,5264-11.html

Then I should go with 8400?

Something like this should be pretty good...
