[SOLVED] Which motherboard should I choose for i7 8700 (non K)? ASUS PRIME B360M-A vs MSI Z390-A PRO?

Hello, I am currently stuck trying to figure out which motherboard I should choose. Some people say B360 is better, but then others say Z370 is better.
I've got an Intel i7 8700 non K CPU, and RTX 2060. I am not planning on upgrading my CPU any time soon, but I would like to have memory overclocking. Otherwise, I am fine with 2666Mhz. I am from the UK and I will be using Amazon to get these parts. Which is one is better and worth it?

The Z370 is good for overclocking but your i7 can't do that so I would go with the Asus Prime b360

Will 8gb 2666Mhz vengeance be enough tho? since memory overclocking can't be done on that motherboard. Also some people say there needs to be heatsinks on the vrm but I don't think I see any or there is only one on the asus b360 mobo.

Unless you really need higher frequencies for productivity , intels dont really need high frequencies so you're good to go with 2666mhz.

Heatsinks on the VRMS are for overclocking which the b360 and the i7 arent capable of. I would go with a 16gb kit tho. and dont mix the kits between them.its no good.

Fair enough, as long as it works smoothly and is good for gaming and video editing I'm good.
I will be getting a 2x8GB ram, that's for sure on my buy list. I've got sk hynix 1x8gb currently.

Yeah these are the ones I've been looking at, just with 2666MHz

For the extra few pounds i would go with the 3200mhz but 2666 works too
