Yes of course I can , but I was trying to get a recommendation to the best thing to upgrade currently
You should definitely upgrade your memory to a 3600mhz kit, the 580 is still a decent card unless you are playing at 1440p. I have seen up to 20fps jumps upgrading from a 2400mhz kit to 3200mhz (for ryzen of course, ryzen favors higher speed memory). Of course you can upgrade your card if you want to but I would suggest upgrading your memory first so you won't need to do that later. You only need to spend up to 80 bucks or so for a 20 fps jump if you upgrade your memory but if you decide to upgrade your card you would have to spend up to 300 bucks for about the same performance. If you really want to buy a new card you should...

If you really want to buy a new card you should wait for the rtx 3000 series, don't buy the rtx 2000 series now, prices for them would drop alot if you wait for the rtx 3000 series to fully launch or you can buy a 3070 for 499.
