Question Which of these two PSU's are better?

Hello i am just here wondering which of these 2 power supply's would be the best one for my "gaming" rig.
my current specs are:
i5-3470
GTX 1050 LP OC 2gb
8GB 1600mhz DDR3 ram (soon to be 16gb)
Motherboard is made by Dell, Model Number is: 0KV62T
Argon AR11 Low Profile CPU Cooler
500GB HDD
250GB Kingston A400 SSD
250 watt Dell PSU (ITX)
My case is a SFF Dell Optiplex 9010 (these PSU's wont fit in my case but i intend to custom mount it until i have enough money for a new case.)
I am looking to upgrade to a 450 watt PSU and am negotiating on what one to buy, can someone please help

I think the second one is better, IMO.
