Should I belive the HWMonitor or should i belive my mobo temp app?

(Here you can see the temps, I don't know how to Upload pictures).
The TMPIN5 always shows temps like 0 °C (32 °F) or over 100 °C (212 °F), or i doesn't "exist" until like half an hour later since i turned on the pc.
The temps inside my room are over 25 °C (77 °F) on average.
CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: Gtx 1660
AIO: ML240R
RAM: 16 GB of HyperX DDR4
Case: MB520
Mobo: Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi
I have 3 intake on the front, 3 exhaust one on the back and the AIO fans are pushing air on the top
