Can you gain access to a Seasonic S12II 520W unit? If not, then I'd pick the CX550M. FYI, both your links don't work for me. I'm taken to Amazon USA.

Nope that psu is very costly here.
Some told me that antec neo eco is also very good I had a corsair vs 450 psu and its dead so idk if i should go with corsair again.
